Biostimulators & Collagen Stimulators

What are biostimulators?

Biostimulators are a powerful way to rejuvenate your skin from within. Injected into the deep layer of the dermis, they don’t just add volume like traditional fillers—they activate your skin’s natural ability to regenerate and produce collagen, restoring a youthful, radiant appearance over time.

Available in both injectable and non-injectable forms, biostimulators offer a versatile solution for long-lasting, natural-looking results.

What are collagen stimulators?

Collagen stimulators are substances that encourage your body to produce more of its own collagen, a key protein that provides structure, strength, and elasticity to your skin and other connective tissues.

Collagen stimulators help patients achieve a refreshed and youthful look.

Who can and can’t receive it

Biostimulators can not be given to people if they are:

  • Breastfeeding
  • Pregnant
  • Under 18 years old

Biostimulators cannot be given to people with an autoimmune disease.

After Treatment/Follow-Up

The treatment site may feel a little tender for a few hours following treatment.

You may also experience some redness, swelling, and bruising.

Clients must massage their face for 5 days following treatment. How to do this will be explained during your appointment.

It usually takes 2-3 days for the treated areas to settle.

Your rejuvenated appearance should be noticeable from around 6 weeks after treatment and will last for around 18 months to 2 years.

This can vary depending on the patient.

It depends on the look you are trying to achieve. If you are looking for a short-term solution, then fillers will work more quickly. Biostimulators encourage collagen growth naturally, resulting in a more natural look in the longer term.

Biostimulators are safe when administered by trained professionals.
